Rome Eats Local Legends by Atmosfee Part 16, Rome Katio E. Trattoria La Tavernetta on Via Vicenza. Everyone goes for the pizza, but honestly, get the creamy fettuccine instead. Simple, classic Roman food. Okay, Vanda and Trastevere, this one has a lot of range, which surprised me. I'd go for the rigatoni, more modern than classic. Tonarello and Trastivre, always packed, but here's the thing, and I found this on Atmosphi. Order the lasagna, not just the pasta, a true neighborhood staple. Somos Baca de Leon, near the Spanish steppes. Most places here are for tourists. This is not. Go for the Cacio e Pepe. Elevated, not overdone. Every spot is on Atmosfy.
