The seafood is solid, but the move here is their steak frights, classic neighborhood cafe energy. Hear me out. Bouillon Chartier. Start with the escargot for sure. but get the steak frites for your main. Total old school Paris. Yeah, Le Relais du Louvre. Do not skip their steak fritz with that signature green sauce.
