The move is the spaghetti integrale al pesto, not the classic Genovese. This place feels like a classic film. Antico Ristorante Biuque, near Piazza Belgioioso. Start with the risotto. White tablecloths, serious food. You can smell the pasta from the street. It's a tiny spot, always busy. Miss Cousy near the station. Get the Cacio e Pepe with pistachio. Simple room, perfect pasta.
