More flavor than flash. Tacos El Primo is just a truck. You look for the line, not a sign. Go for the Birria Tacos with Extra Consommé. Messy, but worth it. Down at Sparkman Wharf, it gets busy. You can smell the corn tortillas from the sidewalk. Get the fish taco, light, crisp, perfect. Okay, so this isn't a quiet corner spot. It's a whole production, music, and everything.
