Portland Eats, Local Legends, by AtmosFi, Part 8, Portland Brunch Guide. Mother's Bistro, downtown. Order the pierogies. This one surprised me, polished Dyna Energy. Mayrose in downtown Portland. Go for Eggs Benedict with Sweetheart Ham, not the classic move, Bright Brunch. Hot Supper on Congress Street. Go for scrambled eggs with hash browns. Southern comfort, not classic. Okay, Sir Lai has that low-lit, moody bar energy. You can see the patina can getting turned to reveal an Austin Street pale ale. Plus that stemmed pour on the table, such a cozy little brunch drink set up. Vivienne Kitchen and Pantry is more than just a brunch stop. Like, look at this cozy space. Cookbook shelves, a stacked display table, warm string lights, and plants by the window. The footage does not include food close-ups or cooking action. All these spots are on Atmosfy.
