Tanuki River Landing on the Miami River is for the sushi people. You've got fish getting torched right in front of you, precision salmon prep, and then that colorful seafood platter from above. Like the presentation is locked in. Inari Sushi Fusion in Doral is stacking the table with sushi. First, this creamy fish appetizer on crispy bases, then two loaded roll platters, and wait the close-up on that unagi roll with sliced almonds and eel sauce. So much texture. Save these on Atmosfy.
