If you're looking to try Nigerian fusion cuisine in Baltimore or just have a cute and tasty quick breakfast, Hosie's kitchen is your next stop. This AfroFusion Cafe has my favorite Jolla Frice in the city. Their bowls are great in general. I recently had their salmon bowl with plantain and veggies, and it was divine. They're also offering salad bowls too, like this beef souya went here and you cannot go here without getting the hibiscus lemonade. It is amazing. Now on to breakfast Tech Cafe is their morning concept. You can come in and work remotely, sipping some beautiful drinks like this cookie butter latte and cinnamon toast crunch matcha, and the rainbow bagels were actually good. The bacon egg and cheese I will be having again, and the berry spread made in house I definitely need a jar of this in my home. Overall, great African food at Posey's kitchen and tech cafe.
