@atmosfy's Review of Tempura Kiki - Honolulu, Hawaii

Japanese in Hawaii by Atmosfy. Tempura Kiki on Kalakaua Avenue. Go for the tempura moriawase. Not the classic move, just counter-service precision. Chiba-ken on Ena Road. Order the fried sushi rolls. Found this on Atmosfy, not the classic move. Lively izakaya energy. Ginza Bairin on Beach Walk. Go for the tonkatsu set. Not the classic move, but crisp and focused. Rokkaku in Ala Moana. Order the tempura moriawase. Good move if you want range, bright polished dining. Imanas Tei Restaurant on South King Street. Start with the ox tongue. This one surprised me. Serious izakaya energy. Find these places on Atmosfy.
