The video captures a tandem skydiving experience, starting from inside an airplane where a woman is smiling at someone off-camera while being held from behind by another person. They jump out of the plane together, separate mid-air, and the man deploys his parachute. The woman continues to smile widely during the descent, making heart shapes with her hands and spreading her arms. The video ends with an aerial shot of the landscape below and the appearance of logos for the Chicago Skydiving Center and Shred Video.
