A hand lifts the lid of a white box with a transparent top, revealing a beautifully decorated birthday cake inside. The cake features popcorn, colorful macarons arranged artistically, and a golden 'Happy Birthday' candle. The camera focuses closely on the cake, highlighting its intricate details and festive appearance. The only spoken word in the video is 'you' at the very beginning, suggesting a personal, intimate moment, possibly a surprise or a gift.
