About the venue
Fat Rosie's Taco & Tequila Bar, opened in Schaumburg in 2018, focuses on authentic Mexican flavors and a wide selection of tequila. The menu includes specialties like tacos al pastor and house-made salsas, featuring fresh ingredients and bold flavors. The lively atmosphere and colorful decor make it a favorite for both weekend hangouts and casual dinners. Located near shopping destinations, it's also a great stop for meals before catching a nearby movie.
