About the venue
The Russell Industrial Center, established in the 1920s, is a large industrial complex that has been transformed into a creative hub. Located in Detroit’s Corktown neighborhood, the center hosts a mixture of artists, entrepreneurs, and small businesses across its sprawling 2 million square feet. Unique for its repurposed warehouses, visitors can find art studios, performance spaces, and even vintage shops throughout the facility. Guided tours occasionally provide insights into both the space's history and the innovative work occurring within.
