The video captures a scene inside a sauna, starting with a view of legs on a mat and a resistance band. It then pans up to reveal the sauna's interior, including wooden walls and a TV screen showing a man performing exercises. The camera continues to pan, showing additional mats and a tumbler with a straw, before settling on a static shot.
