@luxurychaos's Review of Cambria Hotel Detroit Downtown - Detroit, MI

So inside the Cambria Hotel, there's a restaurant called Sibo. Sibo also has another restaurant inside of it called the Buttermilk Southern Kitchen. So I went to try their breakfast. So first things first, I had to pour my own water. So that should already be $2 off the bill because why am I my own waitress? Nonetheless, I also got me a mimosa because like it just had to go with the vibes. I had to do it. I had to do it. I really didn't have a choice. I had to get it. So I ordered pancakes, cheese, eggs, and chicken sausage. So they didn't have chicken sausage. So they gave me chicken, which I did not mind at all. Y'all, those eggs were so good. Like when I say they seasoned them, like they see them how I would season them. I was very, very happy and impressed with the mix. Moving on to pancakes. So got the pancakes, put some butter. on them the butter i don't know what kind of butter they use but the butter like itself was really good put some syrup on them bitches and they were good they were hot they were fluffy they was perfect i have no complaints about the pancakes so the chicken was more like chicken tenders they also have chicken wings i believe with the chicken and waffles but these are chicken tenders fresh hot seasoned i should have got some ranch i wanted to get some ranch but i didn't get rich So I ended up putting some hot sauce on them, which it did what it was supposed to do. But I definitely should have got me some ranch. Overall, Buttermilk Southern Kitchen, they good in my book. Especially if I get another room at the Cambria. I mean, I like SIBO as it is. I've been to SIBO before as their restaurant. But they all good in my book, honey. I don't got nothing bad to say.
