come eat a michelin guide featured ramen place in cap hill seattle this is kajiken known for its abura soba which is a creamy soupless ramen there was such a long waiting list but at last we got the yuju bonju karage and we all ordered the roast beef abura soba because we heard that that was the best one first you mix your noodles for around 20 seconds and then you can add chili oil or vinegar to your preference the ramen was very flavorful overall i would rate it a 7.5 out of definitely check it out if you're in cap hill.
