@cocoaclaire_'s Review of Brio Brio Bakery and Cafe - Lake Forest, California

Hidden gems in OC that locals don't want you to know. This is Brio Brio, a Japanese bakery located in Lake Forest. And they not only have Japanese pastries like this kuripan, but Japanese sandoz like this mentaiko grilled cheese and yakimiku. And some of them are on fluffy shokopan. I obviously got matcha and hochicha, which both were delicious. And they sell their own brand. The finale was a hochicha cheesecake, which was very hochicha-forward. Definitely a must-visit.
