A group of women in a dance studio with wooden floors and a wall sign reading 'LuminaFit' are performing a choreographed dance routine. The instructor, wearing a black dress and heels, leads the class through various moves, including squats and arm movements. The camera remains static, capturing the entire group from a wide angle.

A young woman with long blonde hair, wearing a black long-sleeved top and black pants, is seen in a dance studio with wooden floors and mirrored walls. She holds a smartphone and films herself while moving around the room. The camera pans to show the empty studio space, including a chandelier and a seating area with a plant. She then faces the mirror and continues to film herself.

The video starts with a man laughing heartily while looking upward, followed by the TikTok logo and a search bar displaying '@mlhb.by.simon'.
